Talk about an inspiring Woman! Minnie stopped in for her daily coffee and hard roll before heading back to the laundromat she still owns and operates singlehandedly. When she turned 100 last year I told her she was no longer allowed to pay, but guess what? She still insists on it. Happy Birthday Felimina!
